Carrie keeps DG Builders running with vision and focus. As co-owner and director of business and strategy, she works behind the scenes to create systems, streamline operations, and drive growth. From shaping the company’s long-term direction to ensuring every project reflects DG Builders’ values, Carrie brings both big-picture thinking and practical solutions. She’s passionate about building not just homes, but a strong team and a lasting business that serves families for years to come.

SALES ASSISTANT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
With over 3 decades in high end custom construction, Dave brings unimaginable experience to the table to manage key aspects of both sales and construction, including preparing estimates, coordinating orders, and overseeing job sites. He ensures each project is executed with precision, efficiency, and alignment to DG Builders’ standards of quality. His dual role provides a strong link between planning and execution, supporting both the client experience and the success of every build.

STEFANIE OLARTE
CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS ASSISTANT & PROJECT COORDINATOR
Stefanie is the steady hand that keeps projects and communication running smoothly at DG Builders. As our Construction Business Co-Assistant and Project Coordinator, she bridges the gap between the office and the job site. She supports the leadership team with scheduling, documentation, and daily operations while also serving as a key point of contact for clients.
From answering questions to sharing updates, ensuring details don’t get missed, Stefanie helps every project stay on track and every client feel informed and cared for. Her organization, reliability, and friendly communication style make her an essential part of delivering the seamless experience our clients have come to expect.

CHASE CHITWOOD
PROJECT MANAGER: OUTDOOR LIVING
Chase is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing craftsmen, and overseeing daily progress on job sites. He focuses on keeping projects organized, on time, and built to DG Builders’ standards. His clear and direct approach ensures each phase of construction moves forward efficiently and clients stay well informed along the way.
